Cancellation Policy
We all know schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise e.g. illness.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as you are able either via the website contact page or via Whatapp/Text.
To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy.
- Notification of cancellations or appointment changes are required at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment start time.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled session cost. This compensates our team for the time that was set aside specifically for you.
- No-shows: Failing to be at the agreed location for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled session cost.
- Late Arrivals: Delays can happen, however, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late (with no communication) may be asked to reschedule.
- Exceptions: Emergencies and special circumstances can, of course, occur. Exceptions to our policy are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of KB Tutoring.
