I have been working in Primary Education since 2013, teaching across all years and teaching all subjects (bar languages) on the Primary School Curriculum.  I have spent a significant amount of that working as an Inclusion Lead (SENCo) ensuring that each child has the access they need to the learning in schools.  I have successfully supported children who struggle a little with learning as well as those that find it a harder struggle due to a significant diagnosis like ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, Autism and many more.

As an Inclusion Leader, I also led the staff (Teachers and Teaching Assistants) in ensuring the best possible provision is available for the children in their care so I'm happy to offer advice when requested.
